1st course: Curry Squash Soup, crispy delicata, pepitas, creme fraiche, herb & chili oil
2nd course: Chicories and Citrus, crispy quinoa, toasted fennel seed vinaigrette, fresh herbs and yogurt
3rd course: Choice of Prawn Kiribath, devil sauce, crispy rice patty OR Beet Curry, coconut, pistachio sesame crumble
4th course: Choice of Beef Short Rib, black curry, creamy rice OR Masala ‘Eggplant Parmesan’, garam masala tomato, paneer, nigella seeds
